How do I install 1 Click Sweep?
- Once downloading is complete, you may see a "Download successful" dialog box. If you see this dialog box, click Install .C:\My Download Files\1ClickSweep.exe. Skip this step if installation has already started. Open the folder the new software was downloaded into, and double-click the file you downloaded. For instance, 1 Click Sweep, double-click the file named 1ClickSweep.exe. -
When 1 Click Sweep Setup screen appears, read the information and click Next. Read the instructions on each screen. But in general you are asked to do some or all of the following: Read and agree to a license agreement. If you decline, installation will terminate. -
Choose a destination directory folder. This is the location where the new software will be installed, normally C:\Program Files\1ClickSweep.exe or click the browse button and choose your folder for installation. When you see the prompt telling you that installation is complete, click Restart.
How do I uninstall 1 Click Sweep?

When will I receive my activation code I have just ordered 1 Click Sweep?

Now that you have downloaded and installed the software, please double-click on the 1 Click Sweep It shortcut icon which is on your desktop. (If you cannot see the icon on your desktop, then go to START and look in PROGRAM FILES for a folder called Secure PC Solutions - 1 Click Sweep. Open that folder and you'll see the "1 Click Sweep" icon) please click it.
1 Click Sweep It will load and display (enter key) or (buy now) or (try it), press (enter key) and a small box will appear asking for Serial name and Serial code. This is w"HERE" you have to input the serial number name (the name you gave when placing the order) and serial number (a series of letters and numbers).
Please carefully type or copy & paste the User name & Serial Number EXACTLY as shown in the email you have received when your are placed the order. This will unlock the software and it is ready to use.
I have a computer and also a laptop, will I have to pay for another activation code?

-To get your activation code, click "HERE" or after purchase services. Enter your email address and order no. Hit the submit button. On the next page that will follow, click on the reciept link below the serial numbers heading.
I want to clean my Browser only. Can I do that??
-Yes. In order to clean the browser settings, you need to click on the Browsers button. The right pane contains various tabs located at the top . Select appropriate options loacted within each tab. Click Apply buttton and then Clean button.
My Home page always keeps on changing without my knowlegde. How do I keep it as I want?
-Your Home page changes because others hijack your home page. You can prevent this with a single mouse click using 1 Click Sweep. Click on Broswers Button. On the right pane, click on the Home tab. Specify the URL of the page you want to open as home page in the text field provided. Select the checkbox preceeding Lock field. And you are done.
How do I erase unwanted cookies without erasing useful ones?
- You can do this by clicking on the wizard button on the main screen, you must check the checkbox beside each cookie you want to erase. Uncheck those cookies you want to keep. Click on the clean button and you erase unwanted cookies keeping useful ones.
My computer always gives the message "Low Disk Space", How can I avoid this?
-This message occures when the disk is full, you need to free the disk space on your computer, you can click on the "Security" Button of the main screen, select the checkbox labelled "Free Disk Space", then choose the drive from the "Select Drives" combo box and then click on the "Clean" Button, unwanted("Temporary Files, Auto Complete,Typed URLs" etc) data from selected drive will be Freed, thus avoiding this message.
I want to remove temporary files and backup files. How can I remove it?
To remove temporary files and backup files, you can select "Security Button" on the main screen, select drive path from "Select Drive" combo box, mark the check box .tmp and .bak by double clicking, and click the clear button.
Can I clear the recently used files from the WinZip File menu?
-Yes you can easily do this. You can click on the "Plugin Wizard" Button on the main screen, plugin wizard appears. Select the scan option, this will identify all plugins installed on your machine. You can manually choose the plugin you need to clear by double clicking on the box beside the plugin name. Click on the apply button it will save your settings. Click on the Clean Button.
How can I hide and unhide 1 Click Sweep?
-You can click on the "Option" Button on the main screen,option tab screen appears, mark the check box "Enable Hotkey (CTRL-1)", it will allow you to hide the Hotkey to open 1 Click Sweep.For unhide, mark the check box," Enable Hide key (CTRL-2), it will allow you to unhide the Hotkey to open 1 Click Sweep .
Is it possible to start 1 Click Sweep with Windows.?
-Yes. You click on "Option" Button on the main screen, select "Option" tab, mark the check box "Start with Windows", click on "Apply" Button and restart Windows, it will open with Windows.
Can I change the Default security method? How can I do it?
-Yes. Click on the Security Button. On the right pane, click on the Method tab, default method screen appears.The default methods are available, choose the appopriate method,and click on the 1 Click Sweep Button.
Can I clear my browers periodicaly ?If Yes, How?
-Yes. Click on the Option Button.Click on the Schedule tab, Schedule screen appears and is divided into two parts. Various items to be cleaned are mentioned on the left part and the cleaning Time on the right part, mark the check box " Enable scheduling", Choose the item and the time.
Click on the Apply button. The chosen item will be cleaned between the chosen time interval.
How can I clear my Recycle Bin?

-Yes. On clicking the 'Option Button" on the main screen, option tab appears on the main screen, select the "Clear Office recently used files", If you check this box, and click on "Clear" button, this will clear it.
